Job Description
The Business Development Staff role provides functional expertise to help business implement effective new products and services solutions to customers. The Business Development Staff understands and translates customer needs by analyzing, creating new client services or products.

Job Qualifications
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• 3-6 years marketing, sales and projects implementation experience
• Analytical ability to synthesis data and reporting on metrics
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, management or engineering related.
• Excellent ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
• Good organizational, planning & time management skills.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of status, actions, risks and issues and take accountability to resolve issues and actions on time.
• Maintain high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
• Plan, manage, execute and monitor projects by partnering and collaborating with external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong track record and result oriented background
• Two or more local implementations as a Functional expert
• Target sales Quota
• Familiar with social media networking
• Willing to undergo Online training for One (1)week and selection process follows including practical examination.
• Frequent travelling when required by business
