We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our North EDSA site. Please see below for the qualifications and job description of the position:
Job description:
Follow general operations and treatments;
Discover and advance priority challenges per Client requirements;
Route troubles to best suited useful resource;
Properly approach and file call operations using a computer system and issued traffic monitoring computer software;
Deliver alternative methods where applicable with the purpose of preserving customers’ and clients’ business
Qualifications:
*Completed at least 2nd year in college
*Excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills
*Willing to work on graveyard, changing schedules, and holidays
*Please secure important documents (such as NBI, SSS details) to speed up your hiring process should you qualify.
Who’s suitable for the job?
•No Call Center experience required for candidates who reached at least 2nd year in College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
•Call Center experience is required for High school graduates
•Good communication skills
•Computer and Web Literate
•Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
