Job Description:
– Will be accepting minimal incoming calls and making outbound calls to follow-up with customers.
– Will also be responsible for replying to emails and providing assistance to inquiries.
– Will handle the monitoring and organizing of the database.

Qualifications:
– At least 1 year and 6 months call center experience
– Excellent communication skills in both written and oral, people person, outgoing, and polite
– Organized and keen to details
– Must have complete High School
– Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with minimal to no supervision
– With excellent attendance records from previous companies
– Should be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
– Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized
