Job Description / Requirements
• Preferably a graduate of any science related course
• With at least 5 years experience in supply chain trading industry selling food ingredients
• Has excellent sales achievement records
• Capable of developing business relationships with assigned accounts and increase promotional activity, sales volume and profitability
• Must have demonstrated leadership skills with track record on assuming responsibility and achieving positive business results
• Has broad understanding of sales processes and methods and has strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• Must have the ability to prioritize and perform multi-faceted tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities
• Strong experience in developing sales plans; including targeting strategies, quotas performance metrics and sales program
• Have solid network of industry contacts of decision-makers
• With proven ability and skills in handling and motivating group of managers in achieving over-all business targets and quotas
