Assistant to Executive Management – Pasig City – RNFA

Job Description / Requirements
Support top management for various areas including but not limited to marketing, operations, and human resources. Candidate must be flexible and effective in dealing with diverse personalities and willing to do ad hoc analyses and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
> With work experience in human resources (recruitment and poicy development and implementation).
> Knowledge of labor laws.
> Good interpersonal skills.
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
> Bachelor’s degree with good academic records.

Description:
HR role
> Handle end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding.
> Draft HR memos and implement company policies. Make recommendations on policies.
> Monitor and manage accomplishment of performance evaluations.
> Arrange for training requirements.
> Do research and conduct studies as needed.
Executive Assistant role
> Arrange and coordinate meetings and calls.
> Draft business letters/emails.
> Word processing and organizing spreadsheets.
> Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations.
> Provide support in monitoring progress and projects.
> May be assigned other administrative tasks and errands.
