Qualifications:
Experience
• 2-4 years in working as a Tech expert on the Asterisk / Linux environment. Knowledge of Call center operation is Mandatory. Past experience as a call center IT Admin would be an added advantage.
Skills
• Networking Knowledge , CCNA
• Database Knowledge of Posgres and Mysql
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Core Linux, Ubuntu and CentOS operating Systems.
• Knowledge on working of dialers, Call center solution
Working Conditions:
Work Hours
• 8-hour shift
• Should be flexible to work on different shifts as per the requirement
• Monday to Friday
