Job Description
Lead the group in achieving the objective in productivity, yield, quality, delivery, inventory and cost Provide leadership support to Line Leaders for the accomplishment of tasks and objectives Follow through the activities in Production to achieve the Key Result Indices Ensure effective communications to all Support Groups to sustain a highly motivated workforce

Job Qualifications
a. Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any equivalent
b. With experience for at least 3 years as Team Leader or Assistant Supervisor in a Japanese Manufacturing Company
c. Willing to work on a shifting schedule
d. With experience in stock/goods inventory
e. Capable of Handling Manpower
f. Works in a Minimal Supervision
g. With experience in a set-up company is an advantage
