HIRING: ASSISTANT HR MANAGER FOR QUEZON CITY (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)
Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.
SALARY OFFER/RANGE: Php 30,000-Php 40,000
WORK SHIFT: DAY SHIFT
NATURE OF COMPANY: Hospital Firm
Qualifications:
> Solid exposure on compensation, benefits, ER and Labor Relations
> Exposure to CBA negotiations is a must
> Solid understanding of all regulatory compliances from all government agencies from SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE, NLRC
> Timekeeping & Payroll Processing exposure
> Preference is coming from a Manufacturing company
> Salary offered is a maximum of 40k but that is dependent on his or her’s previous compensation and exposure.
> Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory level
> Handled FTEs of not less than 300HC
