This position
will act as the business development head and also future executive for the company. You will lead the new development sales force in accordance with the company’s policy.
*Focus mainly on sales for air freight (import/ export)
*Develop new sales and open new accounts for all the other logistic modes (air freight, ocean freight (import/export), warehouse and domestic delivery)
*Oversee all activities of the team
*Collaborate with all relevant departments of the Company to determine the feasibilities and viabilities of the requirements of customers, develop quotes and proposals for customers and monitor the sales performance to meet pre-set target and forecast
*Generate potential growth forecasts to assist company management in business planning
*Work with management to adjust and modify plans as needed for success
*Stay abreast of market trends, in terms of both customers and business trends
*other tasks to be added if needed
*Bachelor degree holder
*With at least 7 years experience in sales in air freight and ocean freight, in international or Japanese freight forwarding company(better if 10 years or more)
*With experience in manager position (preferably assistant manager or general manager) in the same field/industry
*With experience in employee management and training
*Fluent in English
*With Drivers License
*Excellent oral and written communications skills.
*Manila resident, living not too far from the company.
