Application Support Assistant – Pasig City – Seaoil Philippines

Job Description / Requirements
Job Summary
• Handles corporate application support that includes service requests, encoding and report development

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides server application support to employees
• Analyzes problems and conducts research on the problems
• Opens and logs tickets to Oracle, SAP, and IMS
• Responds to online support for needed files or any clarifications
• Coordinates with Application Administrator(Corporate) on testing and application of action plan

2. Generates automated reports based on user requirements
• Analyzes report requirements
• Develops SQL (Structures Query Language) for the reports
• Creates reports layouts using iReport
• Performs unit testing
• Uploads report to server for user verification

3. Assists in document control
• Sorts accomplished Information Management and Technology (IMAT) forms into its respective binders/folders
• Ensures binders and folders are properly labeled and filed
• Initiates archiving of old accomplished forms with Corporate Systems and document Control Department (CSDC)
5. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
-Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
-Knowledgeable on how to create SQL Scripts
-At least familiar with one of the following: Oracle Database, MSSQL, and MYSQL Database
-Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
-With at least 1 year working experience
