Administrative Assistant – Makati – John Clements Consultants Inc

Job Description & Requirements
This is for direct hire and regular employment for a multinational manufacturing company

Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Compile and update employee records
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grieva
• File and prepare HDMF/PHIC/ SSS Contributions BIR, SSS, PAGIBIG, and PhilHealth nces or other issues
• Daily assist for Japanese worker.
• Manage company owned car.

Requirements
• Business level English (Writing, Reading, Verbal Communication are required.) (+Japanese if possible)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of Administrating experience (Experience with Japanese company is higly welcome)
• Experience in founding a new company as an Administrator is highly welcome
• Team oriented with good communication skill, also capable of working cross-functionally
• For regular work schedule, Mon to Fri
