Administrative Assistant – Makati City – Vital Call Center Link

Job Details: BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for performing a variety of responsible, confidential, and complex secretarial, administrative, and orientation training duties for assigned executive management and other departmental staff as needed;
Provide administrative support for executive management and other department staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and established deadlines;
Supervise the activities of assigned staff by ensuring the function is efficiently performed in quality-oriented environment reflecting the West values;
Perform a variety of functions (e.g. word processing, copying, phone coverage, and file Maintenance, sort and prioritize incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, etc) which may require prioritizing work based on timelines;
Maintain supervisor’s calendar including scheduling meetings and appointments

MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
General Administrative Support
Participate in the activities associated with a variety of departmental
Projects ensuring established timelines are met

* Prepare reports, material and documentation as requested
* May update project plan
* Create and maintain organized project files
* Provide project lead with status reports throughout assigned projects detailing project status and timeline
Education
* High school diploma or GED required.
Additional specialized secretarial course work in office practices, management or business administration preferred.

Experience
* Minimum four years increasingly responsible administrative secretarial experience required
Other
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
* Type a minimum of 45 words per minute accurately
* Amenable to work on Shifting Schedules and in Makati
