KolourPro Digital Print Center is hiring Administrative Assistant for Creatives.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant for Creatives will provide comprehensive administrative and executive assistance to the Head of Creative Development. He/she will be in charge in assisting office and production management, as well as dealing with suppliers and vendors. She will also help manage inventory and process job orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– In charge of creating documents, cash flows, presentations and the like
– Maintains office files for filing, reproduction, and for future retrieval
– Deals with the processing and renewal of corporate papers and documents in government offices
– Takes calls and ensure smooth and efficient communication between the office and the client
– Maintains contact with clients to ensure superior client satisfaction
– Keeps record of sales and prepares sales reports as required
Key Qualifications:
– Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following: Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or any of its equivalent.
– Values hard work, integrity and has a strong sense of service
– Able to work with minimal supervision
– Can juggle multiple tasks and accomplish them in a timely manner
– Has a strong sense of organization and has a keen eye for details
– Willing to work long hours (only if needed)
– Willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City
– Experience in related work is a plus
Key Proficiencies
– With an excellent command of English and Filipino in both oral and written
– Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office, Excel and PowerPoint)
– Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and basic graphic design are an advantage
