Administrative Assistant
This job involves but is not limited to:
Admin. Assistant would be asked to plan, implement, and monitor company policies, administrative systems and procedures, product logistics and transportation
Developing systems for payroll, inventory management, logistics, and bookkeeping
Responsible for documentation and coordination between teams / departments
Inventory of office supplies and distribution
Handling personnel, events, and company assets
Ensure proper billing, legal compliance, and timely collection

Requirements
The candidate must be organised, conscientious, proactive, and have good attention to detail
Preferably with experience in accounting / bookkeeping
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office / Google Drive
Independent and must be willing to work in a flexible environment
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s / College Degree
Has a high level of integrity
