Our custom designed heaters are sold nationally and exported around the world and with our constant product expansion we have enjoyed continued growth within the industry.

The Role
This is a Full Time position with the hours being Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm. Thermal Electric Elements prides itself on ensuring an equal balance of work and home life while being a fair and equitable workplace.
As an Administration Assistant for Purchasing and Quality Assurance you will be reporting directly to the Administration Manager and Purchasing Manager and will be responsible for:

Purchasing Tasks
• Attach scanned delivery dockets
• Save scanned freight carrier docket/invoices
• Check and process supplier monthly statements
• Check and process supplier invoices
• Data updates of Phoenix data
• Confirm receipt and ETA of stock orders via email
• Others duties as needed

Quality Assurance Tasks
• Prepare Installation & Operating Manuals (IOMs)
• Update Maintenance Register
• Update Calibration Register (Internal and External)
• Monthly updates of experience list (ThermalEx, ThermaLoad and EDHs)
• Set up Phoenix folders as required
• Update the Version Control Register
• Update Controlled Forms as required
• Others duties as needed
