Admin Assistant
We are looking for an administrative assistant for our Pasig office.
We are a software company headquartered in New York City. We have been working with people in the Philippines for years now. We currently have 6 staff in PH and we are trying to find more fantastic people.
This work does require you to work U.S. business hours (nights for you) and some hours in our Branch Office at Ortigas Center.

You would be responsible for:
-Developing and maintaining a filing system
-Stocking the office, Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
-Making and receiving telephone calls
-Meeting with vendors
-Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
-Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for staff
-Any other office duties
