Admin Assistant – Edugat – Cebu City

Job Description / Requirements
Administrative responsibilities including:
– Scheduling of events and seminars
– Scheduling meeting with partner institutions
– Attend to all walk in or telephone enquiries
– Preparing marketing material such as, but not limited to, invitations to attend events
and seminar
– Schedule with Manager/Director on itinerary and calendar activity
– Prepare resource material such as, but not limited to, handouts, application form and
checklists
– Organises and handles company properties such as, but not limited to, equipment, tools,
marketing materials and other assets

Requirements
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/
Administration/ Management, or equivalent
– Required skill(s): Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, proficient in
both oral and written communications (English), must be people-oriented, must possess
marketing skills, hardworking and willing to work beyond what is required, basic
knowledge in computer is a must
– Required language(s): English, Filipino
– Fresh graduates are welcome
– Full time position

Salary Package: PhP10,000 (Basic) + PhP2,500 (Fixed Allowance) + Commision + Annual Bonus
