Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the day to day implementation of the information management plan in terms of data gathering, recording, presentation, dissemination, filing and storage with the end in view of facilitating decision-making.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Acts as the receptionist, photocopier and/or all other clerical duties
Files documents, reports and records for easy access
Instructs the utility man or messenger regarding the delivery of outgoing documents
Receives incoming documents by fax, mail, etc. and transmits outgoing documents
Records, prepares, and logs the timesheets
Assists in the overall administration of documents and information required
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
*willing to be assigned within Metro Manila
* fresh graduates are open to apply
Required experience:
Receptionist/ Admin: 1 year
