Job Qualifications
• Preferred 2 years Telemarketing experience
• Excellent in communication skills or must be conversant
• Love challenges and goal oriented
• Passionate with the job
• Assertive and trustworthy in handling confidential information
• Ability to work under pressure
• Target Oriented
• Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
• Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
