Job Function:
Oversees the sales and marketing activities in a cluster of school sites
Duties and Responsibilities:
STRATEGY
• Provides sales inputs and on-ground or site specific data to Head Office
• Accountable for the enrollment in their cluster
RESOURCE PLANNING
• Ensures the sales team knows what to do, providing coaching and guidance in each site
MARKETING PLAN
• Ensures sales and marketing activities are implemented and monitored in each site
• Ensures Marketing Wheel is followed and executed in each site
SALES PLAN
• Ensures that all parents within target area is reached and engaged before graduation (March 2015)
• Drives 100% awareness among parents/principals/students within 5km radius in each site thru local presentation/info session
• Ensures a robust sales and marketing calendar is implemented in each site
• Implements incentives for internal team
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Ensures immediate implementation of planned activities; able to adjust as needed
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
• Monitors daily performance of all school heads (5-8) and sales associates (5-8) in each sites
• Manages 10-16 people
PERFORMANCE METRICS (Per Pod):
• Number of enrollees
• Number of parents in PRD
• Number of school principals and PTAs engaged
• Number of parent reservations
• Number of influencers
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
3 years experience at sales/ FMCG/Telco/Education/ Consumer
Has experience managing a sales group
Can speak both English and Filipino (more importantly Filipino)
Passionate about education
Willing to work in our school sites
