– One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
– Creative to come up with marketing campaigns to generate sales.
– Strong intrapersonal skills.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Familiarity with data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
