Job Description:
>Direct and assists franchisees in sales operations management.
>Assists franchisees in development of marketing plan.
>Acts as consultant for store operational issues and problems.

Qualifications
>Preferably graduate of any 4-years Business course.
>Male, not more than 35 years old.
>CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS STORE MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE IN FOOD CHAINS AND SINGLE UNIT RESTAURANTS.
>Experience in Franchise Operations, an advantage.
>With effective people management and leadership skills.
>Highly flexible and result-oriented.
>He must be a team player and with excellent oral and written communication skills.
>Must be willing to work in Iloilo City.
>Willing to do field work
