Job Description / Requirements
Description: The Sales and Marketing Manager manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company. This person creates different techniques and strategies to promote, sell, and create brand awareness for Teachers-to-GO! – online education platform, making it a highly competitive, innovative and leading e-teaching technology worldwide.

JOB PURPOSE
• Convert leads to sales;
• Increase client base;
• Increase the company revenue;
• Contribute/recommend to company growth and profitability;
• To uphold the overall vision and corporate values of the Company;
• Maintain and uphold the Company reputation and increase international presence and global reach.

1. Work with the Senior Management Team on setting up targets , work ethics and Company standards
• You will work in collaboration with your Top Executives and Senior Management Team in other departments together in carrying out the project goals and mission of the companies.
• You will support the operations of the Company by working along with key stakeholders and department heads and advising them of what is going on and soliciting their advice.
• You will be expected to implement and execute the approved Company plans and strategies in your department.

2. Leadership: Planning and Organizing
• One of your duties shall include planning and organizing the marketing departments and key areas such as: training, mentoring staff to business strategic planning.
• You will be expected to formulate and design marketing ideas and training program in managing the Company product portfolios and client servicing programmes, with guidance from the Senior Management Team.
• You will be expected to hire and fire staff as needed.
• You will formulate policies, guidelines, rules in managing your department and shall invite inputs from the Senior Management Team of the Company for proper implementation.

Examples of planning might be to plan a new marketing program, marketing initiatives, and marketing campaigns and position the Company to the right market places to deliver and offer the services to respective clients of the Company. Additionally, you will be expected but shall NOT be limited to:
• Coordinate, initiate, prepare and process administrative requirements of the Company such as record keeping, reporting, and scheduling staff work hours and documentation.
• Work closely with other employees in handling and assisting public inquiries including follow up phone calls of potential and existing clients.
• Liaise with internal and external staff and executives of the Company for information and guidance as needed and requirements.
• Conducting meetings with respective schools, students, parents and other organizations in collecting proper information as such academic program requirements, educational objectives and their needs as required.
• Keeping records and maintain calendars of various international educational fairs or seminars or university information sessions and be part of these events representing PGEM.
• Liaise, coordinate, communicate and establish good relationship with media partners in promoting the Company.
• Establish partnerships with other potential business organizations.
• Maintain communications and establish associations and memberships with various universities, institutions and associations (as directed by the Senior Management Team).

• You are expected to help set the cultural tone of the Company and adhere to its corporate values and principles.

4. Promote the Company
• You are expected to position the Company into the right market place and determine and adhere to the reputation we want the Company to enjoy in the world and lead it in that direction.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Engagement
 Convert leads to sales and identify potential clients and promote our products and services to them.
 Maintain professional relationship with the existing clients and help them get the best out of their relationship with the Company – strategically.
 Building trust and establishing good rapport with parents, students and schools through constant communications via emails or phone system with regular sending out information periodically and translate them to business.
 Developing and improving our services management practices, tools and techniques, and helping clients work effectively with them. This covers creating systems and infrastructure that will allow smooth and administrative procedures in the Company.
 Conduct and attend meetings with clients in collecting proper information such as academic program requirements, educational objectives and their needs.
 Work collaboratively with teachers and schools to ensure that the program is delivered out effectively.

2. Program Controls
 Ensure that we have the appropriate management information for decision making – whether it is to determine our ability to take on new work, fed into our cash flow and budgeting plans, or analyze project profitability.
 Assist in formulating and designing the academic program.
 Initiate, monitor and review the system of administrative procedures, including record keeping, reporting, scheduling and documentation.
 Lead and manage the allocation of the resources for the relevant program and services in the most efficient and effective way (particularly with reference to timetabling and staff development) to ensure quality provision.

3. Business Development:
 Generate new business through managing the development of proposals and pitches, farming and sizing new business opportunities (with existing, new and future clients).
 Set revenue goals and sales targets.
 Assist in building, delivering and implementing business strategies & tactics in order to attract relevant clients.
 Liaise, coordinate, communicate and establish associations and membership with various universities, institutions and associations or any other partners in promoting the Company.
 Meet the Company strategic goals and targets.
 Sharing ideas, formulating, coordinating and setting an overall strategy for business development of the Company including near- to long-term plan, and consistently must be able to communicate the strategies to all employees within your unit to work towards the same goal.

4. Service Management:
 Develop and implement marketing and brand plans, through true customer insights, assist in steering the service development direction.
 Liaise with internal and external staff and executives of the Company for information and guidance as needed and required.
 Manage all aspects of the quality assurance and validation process for the services to ensure that appropriate action is taken to maintain the continuous improvement of standards (including the planning process, being responsible for all relevant service reports and providing feedback).
 Assist in Company development and be responsible for implementing effective service evaluation and feedback systems to inform review processes (e.g. feedback from students, parents, and schools).

5. Department and Staff Management:
 You will be expected to have people skills and relate to senior management and other co-workers under your authority and apply the guidelines appropriately.
 Inspire and motivate junior staff to deliver high quality performance in all areas.
 Set out goals that will challenge and bring the best outcome for the team to strive for in business and for the Company.
 Develop effective team work across the team and provide role model experience by working effectively and efficiently.
 Be responsible for the recruitment, induction, development and performance management of junior staff in liaison with the relevant department and Executives of the company.
 Provide junior staff with on-going support, training and guidance with regard to program and service goals and materials and methodology.
 You will be expected as part of your role to be responsible for the recommendation of hiring as well as assist in firing (if necessary) of all employees within your department.

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
Working closely with the Company Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations and trainings
Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team
Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
Developing and delivering marketing and communication strategies for the organization
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Training and instilling a marketing-led ethos throughout the business
Researching, recommending and reporting on internal and external opportunities and threats
Understanding current and potential customers
Managing the customer journey (customer-relationship management)
Developing and implementing the work plan of the marketing strategy and plan
Management of the marketing mix
Managing agencies and business partners

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or any Business-related course
• At least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing environment particularly on digital (online) marketing
• Superb oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong creative outlook
• Must be willing to work in Makati area
• Full-time position
