The Ortus Club is hiring Sales and Marketing Associate.

The Ortus Club is urgently looking for ambitious and hard working individuals who will be working with a growing team in a very fast-paced environment to provide a new age of B2B Marketing strategy to our clients.

Candidates must have:
University degree and/or master from a leading university
Love for data and researching
Fluency in English and impeccable grammar
Ability to work under pressure
Able to cope in a fast-paced environment
Be able to commute to Bonifacio Global City, Manila, Philippines
Have 1-2 years work experience in B2B Marketing

Preferred:
Experienced in making outbound calls / cold calls
Experience in sales and marketing in a B2B company

Responsibilities:
Make a list of target accounts based on project brief
Collect data including names, emails, phone numbers and job titles of target accounts using several resources including internal database, LinkedIn, Google etc.
Make calls (including cold calls) to potential guests
Build up prospect lists and identifying and approaching key opinion leaders to moderate events
Work in a team to share knowledge, experience and any useful information on the project’s success
Report to managers and reach set goals
Potentially (on preference) be available to travel to event location
