Sales and Marketing Admin – Owens Asia Inc

Job Details:
Provides direct administrative and clerical support for Sales and Marketing. Contributes to the development of the department’s plans, projects, and activities. General responsibilities may include but not limited to preparation and analysis of sales and marketing reports, updating databases, data entry, and carrying out special projects as assigned.

• Prepares sales and marketing reports to include regular management report.
• Acquires data from primary or secondary sources and maintain database and analyzes results.
• Keeps the marketing database up-to-date by inputting new data, updating old records and performing crosschecks.
• Accurately updates and maintains information all files on computer systems and in archives.
• Maintains general records of the department and files as well as correspondence.
• Organizes sales proposals for prospective customers
• Maintains prospective client database
• Generates contacts through the official LinkedIn account of the department.
• Coordinates with appropriate departments or individuals on preparing content for emailings, website, online advertising, keywords, and other projects as needed.
• Maintains project lists and updates status.
• Coordinates and performs research projects and special assignments as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Above average written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Good organization / time management skills.
• Close attention to detail, follow-up, sense of urgency
• Excellent comprehension skills. Ability to understand and follow instruction.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
• At least three (3) years related experience in Administration.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or other related business courses
• Applicants must be willing to work night shift.
