Fluent in English both verbal and written communications skills
MLS a must
Zipforms, Docusign experience
RealtyTrac
Knowledge of Real Estate contracts
Craigslist experience with image ad posting a must
Expert in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
Real Estate SEO Article writing
WordPress knowledge a plus
Short-sale experience a plus
Telemarketing and costumer service experience
Willing to work in Makati City, work schedule – 9am to 6pm PST (12mn to 9am Manila Time)
