Integrated NetConnect Inc. is hiring Purchasing Officer.

PURCHASING OFFICER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in obtaining and studying comparative prices and quotations
• Can contribute ideas in making purchasing decisions based on information obtained
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and review for accuracy
• Assist in maintaining school’s depreciable assets list
• Update vendor database and bidder lists
• Work cooperatively with school personnel to determine purchasing specifications, sources, availability, pricing, delivery and receiving
• Compile, maintain and file all physical and computerized reports, record and other documents required
• Coordinate materials and resources if necessary
• Produce reports, updates and project documentation
• Monitor and track project’s progress
• Handle concerns/issues that arise
• Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Liaise with the clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-2 years experienced employee specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time position available.
