REQUIREMENTS
* Female
* Not more than 30 y/o
* Graduate of any Business Course
* Personable, good communication skills
* With negotiation skills
* With at least 1 year related experience, preferably in F&B and / or FMCG
* Willing to work in Las Pinas

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Purchasing raw materials, supplies for production corporate offices.
– Researching / Canvassing best prices and quality of items to be purchased.
– Negotiating with multiple vendors to provide the best price; comparing prices, quality of service, and legitimacy of vendors; and identifying the best vendor to serve a particular PO.
– Reviewing Purchase orders and furnishing copies to multiple vendors
– Monitoring to make sure that the vendors confirms the expected ship dates or delivery of purchases.
– Resolving errors on purchase orders as required.
– Process incorrect deliveries or damaged goods during delivery
– Documenting Purchase Orders.
– Reviewing pending PO’s and expediting the timely delivery of purchased items.
– Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
– Assisting with stock rotations as needed.
– Other duties as assigned.
