Project Management
•Creates, executes or revises project work plans in coordination with the Professional Services and Sales teams.
•Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
•Manages day – to day operational aspects of a project and scope.
•Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
•Enforces project standards.
•Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
•Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
•Ensures project documents are completed, updated and stored appropriately.

Organizing Tasks
The Project Manager may:
need to generate and/or create many types of document, including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, personnel records, design specifications, meeting agendas and status reports.

Assists in training preparation for CRM project implementation.
Spearheads innovation and improvement for internal CRM implementation for IP Converge Data Services, Inc. (IPC).
•Provides technical support for CRM users within IP-Converge
•a structure for project documentation, for project assets, including digital asset and remain conscientious in using it and ensuring that the rest of the team understands and uses it..
•Supports the sales team during the pre-sales phase until such time a sale is won
•Assists the Senior Consultant in scoping activities with clients in order to determine functional, technical, development and integration requirements
•Performs end-to-end project management for simple and medium-complexity projects
•Documents client’s CRM requirements from workshops
•Attends regular meetings to ensure that all product, services and client-related activities and concerns are raised and discussed for appropriate action
•Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
Communication Holds regular status meetings with project team
Keeps project team well-informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to concerned IPC departments or to clients
Resolves/escalates issues in a timely manner.
Client Management
Manages day-to-day client interaction.
Sets and manages client expectations.
Develops lasting relationships with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Builds a data base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
Requirements
Graduate of any Business Course, with at least 3 years relevant Project Management experience from similar industry
