Job Description / Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business/Marketing or any related courses.
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Must have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts, and good analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
– An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
– Must possess a great enthusiasm, creativity, and imaginative ability in improving the respective product area.
– Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
– ( 4 ) Full Time Positions available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of product performance, sales and margin, and conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data.
– Recommends and implements process improvements to boost quality and cost efficiency.
– Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor’s activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Regularly coordinate with selling units to ensure proper execution of plans and programs.
– Responsible for preparing strategic marketing plans, build and fire-up store sales, plan and execute cost-effective marketing activities and lead in new product launching, events and other marketing-related activities.
– Cultivate strong relationship with customers and key opinion leaders to understand market needs, challenges, and possible improvements for current and future products.
– Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities; responsible for product management of all product integration/launches/changes and operational requirements.
– Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
