JOB DESCRIPTIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:
o Define sourcing strategies to be used to attract talents to hire especially for niche profiles
o Knows how to hire in bulk
o Experience in Sales and Marketing is important
o Initiatives should be aligned in the Market
o Will lead Market Intelligence team of HR – Sourcing
o Must have Sales and Marketing, Business development, Entrepreneurship skills
o Total years of experience required – 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing,
o Expectation to interact with different recruitment leads from different entities/towers
o College Degree preferably in Sales and MarketingBusiness development, Digital Marketing
o Total years of Managerial/Supervisory experience – 5 years and above and handled 500 FTE
o BPO or non-BPO? Both are okay. Telco is okay. FMCG is preferred.
o Shift: Morning
o Will report to Talent Supply Chain Senior Manager
o Will handle 2 Managers and 2 more undefined headcount
o Location: Gateway and Cybergate
o Offer: 300k
