Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Must have strong English written and oral, communication skills.
2. Knowledgeable in basic Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas.
3. Great with administrative, detail and process-oriented. Highly accurate in generating reports, online research of industries and business information, and can understand and follow instructions work well.
4. Preferably has at least 2-3 years of CSR (voice and/or non-voice) experience.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
6. Willing to be trained to excel in his/her functions, tasks and skill level.
