Job Description / Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Marketing Associate Role:
o Promotes and creates brand awareness for PGIMI-PGEM’s products and services by creating and formulating an effective and comprehensive marketing campaigns and collaterals.
o Works with pertinent department/s in order to execute and implement all marketing materials created.
• Lead Conversion Role:
o Responsible in handling both sales and customer service role for PGIMI-PGEM’s products such as Teachers-to-GO!
Sales:
• Responsible in converting existing student leads into paying customers.
Customer Service:
• Responsible in handling both pre- and after-sale queries;
o Pre-Sale: Attend to queries raised by the customers before conversion.
o After-Sale: Attend to queries raised by the customers after conversion.
o Responsible in increasing the number of registered and approved teachers for Teachers- to-GO! to accommodate its growing number of registered students.
o Ensures that the conversion targets are met daily, weekly and monthly. Hence, coming up with different marketing strategies to hit the targets are required.
o Ensures that conversion results are being published to the management team on the deadline set. Hence, continuous monitoring of results on a timely manner is a must.
o Shall adhere to the Sales and Marketing Team’s mission and vision.
o Create a harmonious working relationship with colleagues and department heads to ensure that the team’s goal is achieved.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or any Business-related course
• At least 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing environment
• Superb oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Must be creative, team player, organized, goal-oriented and driven
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Must be willing to work in Makati area
• 5 Full time positions available
