JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supports the work of marketing manager on projects directed at maximising company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Assignment:
• Attends to customers inside the store.
• Answers telephone calls and inquiries.
• Handles cashiering inside the store and the book fairs.
• Prepares daily cash count and item performance.
• Monitors stocks display and request items needed from warehouse.
• Checks price tags of each item and updates the same.
• Request for store supplies needed.
• Updates record of daily sales of store.

Foreign Orders/ Local Orders:
• Receives orders and inquiries thru telephone and relays messages to sales distributor concerned
• Check and answer e-mail inquiries
• Prepares price quotation for local and foreign inquiries and orders
• Forwards foreign orders receive to Billing and monitors delivery
• Prepares summary of foreign orders

Others:
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Research and analyze market conditions and opportunities.
• Good handling and preparation of sales status reports in MS-Office Word, MS Excel etc.
• Map potential customers and competitors for the product.
• Coordinate with the editorial, accounting and administrative departments.
• Promote initial follow ups for sales prospects of the product.
• Develop procedures for E-Marketing and Internet advertising and all other forms of sales and marketing.
• Maintain hard copies and electronic filing systems.
• Prepares and logs documents for check preparation
• Helps clean the store

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other qualification
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 1 Full-Time position available
