Job Summary :
Functions as a part of the marketing arm of HCMI by reinforcing and promoting No. 1 Customer Satisfaction through the different customer relations activities and maintains constant communication between HCMI and its customers through various available media.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A. Education :
Preferably a graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications or Business Management
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
1. Implements Research and Development programs that will help improve and achieve total customer satisfaction.
2. Implements customer-care activities and special projects for clients based on their needs.
3. In charge of conceptualizing publications/communication materials for special projects. Implements corporate communication programs in support of branch vehicle sales and after-sales service in sync with overall directions and strategies.
4. Prepares press/photo releases and other articles for publication.
5. Coordinates and monitors branch programs and assures consistency with corporate directions and strategies.
6. Gathers and consolidates market research data and other reports for competitive market/ customer analysis.
7. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
