Ortus Solutions is hiring three talented and ambitious marketing and sales executives to join its growing team. As a marketing executive, you will work closely with other members of the team to help fulfill projects all over the world (Manila, Singapore, Australia, etc.). You will be given responsibility and autonomy early in your progression, in a role that will require ingenuity, willingness to learn and a positive outlook.
As we are a small and rapidly growing team here in the Philippines, we are hiring proactive candidates who want to shape and grow with the company. Candidates must have:
· University degree and/or master
· Fluency in English
· Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
· Sound understanding of business and international affairs
· Passion for sales and strong commercial flair
· Capacity to adapt to different environments and out-of-the-box situations
· Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
· Be able to commute to Bonifacio Global City on a daily basis and be at the office at 9 AM promptly
· Have at least 2 year experience in sales or events
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office
· Willingness to learn

You will be:
· Responsible for all guesting and business development of your project
· Building up prospect list, identifying and approaching key opinion leaders for your project
· Developing a networking strategy to arrange face-to-face meetings with global decision makers (chairmen, CEOs, COOs etc.)
