JOB DESCRIPTIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:
o Execute Market research for HR Sourcing
o Will lead Digital Marketing space for HR Sourcing
o Will do Account and Vendor management
o Will identify sourcing strategies
o Will check the market if the strategies are aligned
o Should be data driven
o College Degree in Marketing or any related course
o 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
o Total years of Managerial/Supervisory experience – 5 years and above
o BPO or non-BPO? Both are okay. Telco is okay. FMCG is preferred.
o Shift: Morning
o Will report to Recruitment Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager CL 6
o Will handle 2 Associate Managers and a department of 20 – 25 FTEs
o Location: Gateway and Cybergate
o Salary – 200k
