Job Description:
We are looking for capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. Must be comfortable with one goal. The goal is scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Perform effective demos(site tour) to prospects/Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
Determine and understand the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
Confirm rental application data and personal references
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

Requirements
Proven sales experience (preferably with 3 years experience in sales)
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices is an advantage but not required
MS Office familiarity
Excellent in communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in written and oral communication skills
Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
Customer service orientation
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Preferably applicants from Legazpi City
With pleasing personality
With driving skills
Male/Female
