Job Description / Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Complement with the Sales and Marketing Department objectives namely:
a. Teachers-to-GO!
i. Increase student registration.
ii. Increase active users.
iii. Increase number of international teachers.
iv. Increase number of registered parents.
v. Conversion*
*Note: Assistance to the Lead Conversion Team.
2. Ensure that student registration (DSR) target is achieved on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
3. Provide product recommendations and enhancement for PGIMI services such as Teachers-to-GO! – identify current trends in education and incorporate those to improve TTG.
4. Responsible for analyzing and reviewing marketing programs that would support business goals.
5. Ensure that all research tasks are accomplished within the deadline set (i.e., educational videos and games, international teachers, school directories, organic leads, etc.)
6. Shall adhere to the Sales and Marketing Team mission and vision.
7. Create a harmonious working relationship with colleagues and Department Heads to ensure that the team goal is achieved.
Requirements:
• Graduate of Marketing, IT, or any Business-related course.
• Good understanding of major marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
• Must be team player, detail oriented and has the ability to prioritize and work proactively with minimal supervision to achieve deadlines.
• Highly organized & detailed oriented. Can demonstrate ability to multi-task, be exceptionally proactive, and show good time management.
• Internet and Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently.
• Willing to work in Makati area.
