Job Description & Requirements
Graduate of a four year logistics, or business related course
Must have logistics Industry experience (1-3 years)
Fluent in local language and English
Adept in MS Office Operations
Knowledgeable in SAP
Excellent and thorough knowledge of freight forwarding (air/ocean)
Operational know-how (Customer Service and Document Processing)
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Customer Service requirements and general Documentation guidelines
Comprehensive understanding of PA systems functionality
Knowledgeable in Logistics
Independent and pro-active working attitude (creative, self-motivating, etc.)
Communication & Interpersonal skills
System (Internal) focused
Able to work in a diverse environment and cultures
Cost awareness
Assertive and (stress)-resistant
Flexible working-hours (only exceptionally and if necessary)
Willing to work in Makati City
