Paradigm Marketing and Tech Solutions, Inc. is hiring Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO and SEM).

Paradigm Marketing and Tech Solutions, Inc. is looking for SEO/SEM expert to manage search engine optimization, SEM campaigns and other Digital Marketing-related activities.

Responsibilities:
• Implement optimization strategies such as improving site architecture, page construction, keyword listing and SEO copywriting.
• Conduct Keyword Research and Analysis, Keyword Grouping and expansion and implement search engine optimization to create an edge heavy-traffic phrases.
• Collaborate with Content, Design and Web Development Teams for website optimization.
• Tracks and reports overall website performance and analytics, competitive positioning, unique visitors and other relevant key performance indicators.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum output.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links; develop and implement link building strategy.
• Website submission.
• Execute off page optimization such as increasing brand awareness through different social media and blog sites (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, Tumblr, WordPress and other social media accounts).
• Active participation on different blogs/forums, social media postings, trending hashtags, and more.
• Social Media Paid Advertising (Facebook and LinkedIn).
• Can handle and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Webmaster and Google AdWords campaigns.
• Google Analytics and AdWords Certification is a plus.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience on SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing.
• Graduate of IT, Marketing or any Digital Marketing-related field.
• Strong team player and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of Adobe Creative Software & HTML/CSS skills, MS office and other SEO tools such as Google Webmaster, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords or any tools that will impact website traffic.
• Excellent understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or any tools that will optimize the social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing automation & optimizing conversion rates.
• Google Analytics Experience.
• Internet and Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently.
• Highly organized & detailed oriented. Can demonstrate ability to multi-task, be exceptionally proactive, and show good time management.
• Have knowledge in Search Engine Algorithms.
• Marketing exposure and understanding of key-branding and consumer-marketing concepts.
