CRO/ Sales Rep will be the first point of contact for all customer feedback and responsible for ensuring that our website’s customers are handled in a prompt and effective manner whilst retaining customer confidence and loyalty in our website’s product and service.
Roles:
– Take responsibility for being the first point of contact for all callers and ensures that a high quality of service is delivered at all times.
– To ensure that all calls are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed standards and targets.
– Provide prompt and professional replies to all customer feedback
– Develop and Research potential leads
– Monitor and carry out analysis of customer feedback
The ideal candidate should be a confident and diplomatic communicator, with a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
He/she should have the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload effectively as well as the capacity to work under pressure. Excellent customer service is a must.
Strong training and experience in lighting is crucial.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
*Office-base – OPL Bldg, Makati City
Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
