Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualizing and writing compelling and engaging grammatical messages, press releases, ad copies, and/or spiels that cater to the Product, Marketing/PR, and/or Customer Support teams
• Supporting day-to-day content development workflow and managing the execution of content programs across all user touch points of assigned channels
• Monitoring and measurement of the effectiveness of produced materials
• Ensuring all content materials are on-brand and meet brand standards in terms of quality, ton, voice, and messaging
• Working with internal stakeholders to understand the customer journey and developing relevant and accurate materials in different formats
• Representing and establishing relationships with the media and user community on behalf of the company
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortability with writing in multiple styles and formats
• Passion for technology and the ability to articulate technical and complex terms in simple messages that make sense to internal and external stakeholder
• Strategic thinking, outstanding problem-solving skills and overall positive attitude
• At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position
