Job Description & Requirements
•Program development and management for Channels and Channel Sales teams including performance monitoring, reporting, and information cascade
•Collaborate with the Product Management and Marketing teams for the development and implementation of product marketing programs for channels
•Provide product marketing updates (e.g. product enablement sessions, campaigns, promotional events, and marketing initiatives) to channel managers
•Review commercial terms on Reseller Agreements and liaise accordingly with Legal and Finance teams for due concerns, and upon implementation, ensure that contractual obligations of the company and channels are met.
•Act as custodian for channel-related documents (e.g. contracts, SLAs, sales proposal templates, service and provisioning forms, etc.)
•Ensure that the channel managers comply with standard channel processes and procedures
•Coordinate with the Product Management and Technical teams for product enablement sessions and other related activities for the channels
•Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external teams
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of two (2) years experience in channel management
