Requirements:
Develop strategies for categories of the sub-group:
Determine Regular and Promo Retail prices that provide good deals for the customers and contribute to our target margin.
Provide shopper excitement by consistently provided new offers.
Maintain a reasonable product mix and move out slow moving/non-moving merchandise.
Develop parameters and strategies for (system and manual) Purchase Orders, Returns and Stock Transfers in coordination with Operations and DC to attain desired stock levels.
Optimize vendor-initiated product promotions to create shopping activity without sacrificing displays and stock levels.
Prepare and present management reports.

Qualifications:
College graduate of a course in business, marketing or economics.
With two (2) years experience in the same field.
Willing to do local travel and assignments.
