Special Skills required:

– Sales analysis

Special physical, mental or personality requirements: Outgoing, driven, self-propelled. Preferably someone who has/ had experience as either a Med Rep or as Business Development Officer in other medical institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Effective Project Management Skills; Strong Administration and Organizational Skills; Familiar with product/sales forecasting; Personable, presentable and articulate; Sound understanding of Product and Sales Principles.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in 50 Jupiter Street Bel-Air Makati City.
• Preferably 5 years and more Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Identify new business opportunities while collaborating with HMO’s, Corporate Accounts and Institutional Organizations and other possible partners that will benefit the business as a whole.
2. Establish relationships with HMO’s, institutional organizations and other relevant partners that will enhance the collaboration between the brand and third party. (Business to Business, Non Profit Organizations et. al.)
3. Planning, development, implementation of programs and offers pertaining to the services and products of the Eye Center. Said programs will also be pitched to the different partners.
4. Evaluation of competitive pricing, offers and activities
5. Report writing and analysis of competitive businesses activities, pricing, and evaluation of the financial contribution of the different partnerships to the business.
6. Will entail fieldwork.
