JOB SUMMARY:
The job is primarily responsible for directly handling/managing the assigned brand/s (FERN-C), particulary in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating all advertising and promotional plans and programs.

JOB COVERAGE:
Product / Brand Management
Leads in the brand’s achievement of market share and sales targets.
Manage the product strategy from planning to execution.
Preparation of yearly Marketing Plan.
Development of annual communication campaign strategy and advertising campaign.
Implementation of marketing activities.
Evaluation of implemented programs.
Business Development: Launch of new products/SKUs.
A&P Expense Tracking: Efficiently manage the brand budget.
Leads in Market Research initiatives thru 3rd party agencies.
Advertising, Events, and Promotions
Coordinates with internal and external parties for the efficient implementation of advertsing plans and promotional activities.
Prepares the logistical requirements and other concerns of all the advertising, brand activitation, and promotional activities.
Oversees the actual implementation of all plans and program.
Adminsitrative Support
Prepares timely and accurate regular required reports by the Marketing Manager.
Facilitates the processing of internal and external documents and ensures proper routing and approval.
Maintains an organized files of all marketing-related documents such as promo plan, memos, correspondence, among others.

QUALIFICATONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Preferably in FMCG or consumer healthcare industry.
Preferrably with wide experience in Brand management, Marketing or Marketing Communications or any related field; With experience in launching new product/s in any category.
