Vessel IT / Communications Coordinator – Wallem Innovative Solutions

Job Description / Requirements
Main Tasks:
Check all invoices for each type of service and correct billing
Monitoring of Vessels Communications Cost
Provide Analysis & Recommendation based on the existing data
Updating of Records
Plan & maintain the schedule and resource pool needed for vessel onboard support
Ensure that IT equipment vessel support are properly assessed, risk impact identified and budget approved by the master
Conduct process review & identify improvement areas for vessel equipment support
Collaborate with various business groups to obtain the info and support needed in a timely manner

Qualifications:
A degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business related course
Detail Oriented
Good Analytical Skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Good verbal and written communications skills in English
Process Oriented
Ability to communicate ideas clearly across different levels in the organization
Can plan both at macro and micro level as maybe required
Team Player
