Job Description & Requirements
Assists in credit card, fleet and gift card transactions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor fuel purchases
Ensures maximum and efficient usage of credit card facility for fuel purchases
Handles accurate and timely Oracle application of daily credit card proceeds
Ensures timely payment of credit card facility to avoid necessary charges
2. Monitors fleet and gift cards
Safekeeps and issues prepaid fleet care and gift cards
Ensures proper payment application of issuance in the Oracle system
3. Handles documentation and report management
Facilitates preparation of documentary requirements for account opening and/or availment of bank facilities
Monitors and updates various monitoring schedules pertaining to credit card and, fleet and gift card transactions
4. Monitors collection
Coordinates closely with Credit, Collection, Order and Scheduling (CCOS) in the processing of payment from dealers through their credit cards
5. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
With at least 3-6 months experience in the same capacity preferably in similar industry
