Earn as much as 18500PHP/ month
– With AWESOME Monthly Incentive Program!
– HMO upon regularization
– 20% Night Differential

Requirements:
* HS Graduates with TRAVEL CAMPAIGN/PROGRAMS experience are welcome to apply
* Good Communication skills, with professional working attitude
* Have at least Travel background in Local Travel Agencies / Call Center experience with travel accounts are prioritized.
– Fresh Graduates of BS Tourism or any of the equivalent (even without experience) are welcome to apply!
* Knowledge in GDS such as Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan, etc is an ADVANTAGE!

Responsibilities:
• Will perform customer support services within the Company’s Customer Support and Airline Reservations Systems to ensure all service level targets are met, including the following primary responsibilities
• Processing schedule changes, handling inbound and outbound customer and/or airlines phone calls, email processing
• Processing airline ticket cancellations due to schedule changes
• Processing miscellaneous transactional work queues and problem solving for the clients Airline and Vacation packages and products with the end goal of customer satisfaction.
